Written down, not implied
We are an early-stage company, so we won't show you badges we haven't earned. Here is exactly how we verify physicians, handle data, and prove quality — and what we're prepared to sign.
Physician verification
Every reviewer is screened before seeing a case
- Professional credential (license/degree) submitted as a document, not a checkbox
- Automated document reading cross-checked against the profile
- Human review before approval — nothing is auto-approved
- One-license-per-account anti-fraud enforcement
- Verified physicians are public, by name, in our directory
Data handling
HIPAA-ready workflows, BAA available
- Cases enter the pipeline de-identified; pilots can run entirely on PHI-free data
- We will sign a Business Associate Agreement when your project requires one
- Encrypted in transit; access limited to the assigned panel and minimal coordination team
- Strict security headers and CSP enforced across this site
Quality reporting
Proof of quality with zero PII
- Inter-rater agreement measured per item, chance-corrected — not raw match rates
- Reviewer quality reported in aggregate: no annotator identities, no patient data
- Disagreements adjudicated and flagged in the delivery, never hidden
- Sample of the exact delivery format available for download

Security questions
Security questionnaires, BAA requests or architecture questions before a pilot: same address, answered by the team that runs the pipeline.
