DataLaps provides medical data annotation, RLHF, and AI training data services through a network of verified bilingual physicians. Our services include: • Medical data annotation and labeling • Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) • Clinical NLP transcription review • Diagnostic imaging annotation • Physician recruitment and evaluation platform (app.datalaps.net)

Our physician platform is available to licensed medical professionals who meet our eligibility criteria. By applying to join our network, you represent that: • You hold a valid medical license in your country of practice • All credentials and information you provide are accurate and complete • You are at least 18 years of age

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DataLaps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Enterprise clients engaging DataLaps for data annotation or RLHF services will be subject to separate Service Agreements and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as required. These Terms of Service govern general website use only.

Physicians accepted into the DataLaps network are subject to additional agreements including: • Independent Contractor Agreement • Data Handling and Confidentiality Agreement • HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (where applicable) Participation in the network does not create an employment relationship.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DataLaps does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataLaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
